What is the Return process?


Firstly, get it touch with us by sending an email to salon@salonsavoy.co.nz and answer the following questions.

Product Name and the reason for return.

Is the product unopened and in the original packaging?

Has the product been used at all?


  • If the product is damaged or tarnished then photos are a really big help!


  • Dont forget to include your name, contact details (email and phone) and your order number or invoice/receipt.


After we recieve your email, we will contact you with instructions to return the item back to us and any other information we might beed to process your return.


Change of Mind

If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging and resalable within 14 days of purchase.


Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, or becomes faulty within 12 months of purchase, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, your date of purchase and a photo of the faulty product if possible.


Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us on 04-2325602 or email salon@salonsavoy.co.nz  within 14 days of delivery . Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you.
