We appreciate the choice your are making to trust us with your hair. It is really important to us that you get the premium time and date you request. This is why we reserve future appointments especially for you. 

We understand that sometimes unforeseeable things happen in life, which means you have to reprioritise those “I want it so bad things” and you might have to delay your hair appointment. 

For us to strike a balance and continue to accommodate last minute changes, we have decided to take a deposit of $100 for colour and technical appointments. This means that if unforeseen circumstances happen, and you need to change your hair appointment without notice, we can cover the cost of our stylist time. 

As a courtesy, we send a confirmation text or email 2 days prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accomodate your scheduling requirements however we reserve the right to hold your deposit as a cancelation fee for appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice.
